The Party “Democratia Acasa” (“Democracy at Home”) is launching a campaign entitled “Donate one leu for deparasitizing the discredited political class”. The party’s leader Vasile Costiuc, in a news conference at IPN, said the political parties of Moldova are financed with dubious funds and this allows the party leaders to treat the parties as own limited liability companies.
“A small group of persons who unofficially contribute to sponsoring parties purchase executive posts beforehand. Afterward, these persons fill their wallets with money earned by the state and the people. The leu donated for this act will go to eliminate the parasites from the state bodies and to establish the dictatorship of justice, managed by a technocratic government,” said Vasile Costiuc.
Money can be donated at the party’s tents that will be set up in different settlements. With the collected funds, the party will print brochures for the people and will stage field trips. Vasile Costiuc assured that every donated leu will be used transparently.
“We call on all the people to support us and donate by one leu, which in fact represents a vote against the discredited politicians. I urge the people who are not indifferent to the country’s fate and future and those who want to return home to invest their savings in the economy and in the family. With the donated leu, we will replace the ruling politicians,” stated Vasile Costiuc.
The first leu was donated in the conference by activist Domnica Cemortan, who announced that she joined the Party “Democratia Acasa”.
