Prime Minister Pavel Filip announced that the cadastral procedures for companies and citizens will be simplified, IPN reports.
Thus, the applicants for cadastral services will no longer need to present civil status documents concerning the change of the name and the marriage or divorce certificate if the information is include in the State Population Register.
The companies will no longer present the extract from the State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs or the state registrar’s registration decision.
The Premier noted that this became possible with the creation of the Public Services Agency, which absorbed a number of institutions, such as “Cadastru”, “Registru”, Civil Status Service, Licensing Chamber and State Registration Chamber. The Public Services Agency keeps all the registers needed to de-bureaucratize the procedures.
Pavel Filip said other improvements will be made in the future so that the citizens ultimately need only the identity card to prove their identity.
