Buyers of shares issued by „Moldova-Agroindbank” are anonymous

Buyers of the shares issued by „Moldova-Agroindbank” are anonymous, when on Tuesday, 28 March, there was made public an information regarding the selling tender of 19.66% shares issued by „Moldova-Agroindbank” (MAIB), according to the report of analytical-consultation service of Rating and Estimation Agency „Estimator-VM”. The agency informs that the whole share package was sold in 4 transactions, showing that there were 4 buyers; probably every buyer got 5% of shares. According to it, this way these investors were exempted from certain obligations imposed by the legislation for owner of more than 5%. It also noted that the package of 19.66% shares issued by MAIB was sold for 122,400,000 lei, this transaction representing 80.36% of the total number of transactions since year’s beginning. The agency mentioned that on the main sequence of the market (selling-purchasing transactions) there was a total stopping, the only one transactions that revived the market yesterday being the direct negotiation operations. There were in whole 3 transactions of this type, for 43,075 lei.
