Alecu Sadoveanu, an engineer by profession who owned a business, said that he is subject to pressure and has criminal cases fabricated against him based on false expert appraisals. He was dispossessed of two apartments and is now evicted from the house together with his minor son who remained in his care after he divorced his wife.

“They sequestered my cards, the car, bank accounts. My business was affected due to the dubious criminal cases but the most serious is that fact that my two sons were psychologically abused and manipulated. The two are distant from each other as they haven’t spent time together for seven years. It is hard for me to follow all this as a father. I defended myself in all the 25 cases that I lost. I used up all the defense possibilities,” Alecu Sadoveanu stated in a news conference hosted by IPN.

The man said the judges are corrupt and pass illegal judgments. He made approaches to the Superior Council of Magistracy, the Ministry of Justice, the President’s Office, the Ombudswoman for Children’s Rights but all in vain.

Alecu Sadoveanu said that after he divorced, his older son remained with him but later the court ruled in favor of his ex-wife and decided that both of the children will be in the care of their mother and he will pay child support. He considers the judges were corrupted to change the decision in favor of his ex-wife.

Alecu Sadoveanu also said that owing to corruption in the legal system, his business was affected. He called on those who are in similar situations to contact him so that they combine forces and contribute to the rooting out of corruption from the justice sector.
