Bus and trolleybus timetables will appear in public stops

Bus and trolleybus timetables will be placed in every public station in Chisinau. The initiative was put forward by the Chisinau City Hal, which wants to optimize the activity of the public transport. Veaceslav Tarna, head of the General Public Transport Division, said that the timetables will begin to be fixed this week. The first timetable will appear in the stop near Mihai Eminescu Theater. The Urban Bus Park this week will launch a campaign to clean the means of transport, on the request of the Mayor General Dorin Chirtoaca. Tarna said that the washing of trolleybuses will start on August 28 because the Electric Transport Division must meanwhile organize these activities given that the number of trolleybuses is larger than the number of buses. The Division will have to employ specialized personnel and acquire the necessary detergents. Veaceslav Tarna added that the campaign will last for a month, but did not specify how the public means of transport will be washed afterwards. About 100 buses and 240 trolleybuses transport passengers in the municipality of Chisinau at present.
