The Cabinet approved the regulations concerning the organization and functioning of the ones-stop shop for authorizing building works, IPN reports.
Thus, under the regulations, the information resource “e-Authorizations in building” will be created through the Automated Information System for managing authorizing documents. The ones-stop shop will become functional by the end of 2017 and will be applied by all the local public authorities and competent state supervisory bodies in the process of authorizing building works.
The ones-stop shop will help reduce the time needed for obtaining building authorizations from 247 to about 100 days. The procedures will be simplified and the costs incurred by the applicant will be reduced, with a number of barriers being removed.
The responsible institutions will ensure free the interaction and automated exchange of data between the Automated Information System for managing and issuing authorizing documents and other informational data managed by the public authorities.
