The broadcast license of “Media Max” SRL, which founded the channel “Impact TV”, was suspended for six months. The decision was taken by the Broadcasting Coordination Council in its January 11 meeting, IPN reports.
An application to this effect was filed by Marcel Darie, who manages “Media Max” SRL.
The head of the Council’s Licensing and Authorization Division Nicolai Dastic said the suspension of the broadcast license for a period of six months was requested owing to the channel’s financial incapacity. The suspension period cannot exceed six months.
