Broadcasters obliged to announce decisions of the BCC sanctioning them in main news programs

The broadcasters to be sanctioned by the Broadcasting Coordinating Council (BCC) will have to tell the public the reasons and the object of being sanctioned, three times during 24 hours after receiving the notice, including in their main newscast. The decision has been published in Monitorul Oficial (Official Gazette) on November 14, Info-Prim Neo reports. As for the TV programs, the text of the sanction will be aired in sound and image, between 6 and 23 p.m.. The radios will read it out between 6.00 and 13.00. The services distributors (cable networks) will display the text of the sanction during three days in a row, continuously , on the channels the object of the sanction were detected. As for the operators re-broadcasting TV and radio signals, the sanctioning decision will decide how they will air the text.
