A child aged between three and four was found on Decebal St in the morning of February 5. The boy was alone and was not warmly dressed. A driver saw him and informed a police team patrolling nearby, IPN reports.
The police officers found the boy at the intersection of Decebal St and Șoseaua Muncești St. They asked a woman who was nearby to lend a hand. She took out her scarf and wrapped up the boy’s legs.
The National Public Security Inspectorate said the child could not tell his name and where he lived. He was taken to the Botanica Police Inspectorate for discovering his identity and the identity of his parents.
The municipal Division for the Protection of Children’s Rights was notified of this case.
