The students and teachers of the school of Manta village of Cahul district were evacuated in the morning of December 9 after a person phoned the police and said that an explosive device was planted inside the institution and this will blow up in several hours.
Head of the press service of the General Police Inspectorate Tamara Procopii said the call to 902 was made at about 10am. The voice of the caller looked like a child’s voice.
The police and a bomb squad are examining the building.
