The Chisinau City Hall said a group of people collect money in boxes using the logo of the municipal Child Rights Protection Division on the territory of the municipality on the pretext of raising funds for children in difficulty. The local authorities warn that they have nothing to do with such these activities, IPN reports.
Moreover, the Chisinau Prosecutor’s Office was informed about these cases and the persons who staged the fundraising campaign were fined.
In this connection, the authorities urge caution and warn against becoming involved in such activities as they can be deceived.
