About 30 apartment buildings in Botanica district of Chisinau remained without heat and hot water in the afternoon of January 9 owing to a heat pipe accident. The blocks are situated on Dacia Blvd and the streets Zelinski, Hristo Botev and Teilor.
The accident in the heat pipe with the dimeter of 250 mm occurred at 14 Dacia Blvd.
Asked by IPN to provide details, the head of the Communication and Public Relations Service of SA “Termoelectrica” Elena Junghina said an emergency response team of the company is working at the scene to separate the damaged pipe section.
