A destructive fire ripped through an office of the Buiucani district tax service on Wednesday early evening, causing heavy damages to property and content. By the time 3 fire crews arrived, the flames destroyed the furniture, the computing machines with all the information stored, 2 windows, and the coating of the internal walls. The firefighters managed to locate the source of the fire, preventing the blaze from spreading. The cause of the fire is unknown yet. Fire lab specialists are now investigating the circumstances to establish the cause. 597 fires were recorded in Moldova since the beginning of the year, including 5 in April.
