The Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Economic Cooperation Organization (PABSEC) will set up a steady delegation till the year-end to step the process of European integration of its member states,Info-Prim Neo reports. Moldovan Speaker Marian Lupu, also the chairman in office of the PABSEC, said Tuesday at the 32nd session of the forum that, in order to promote the European integration a separate institution should be created, which must be responsible for stepping up the dialogue with the European Parliament. “The development of the cooperation in the Black Sea area is not parallel to the path of European integration. The regional integration in the Black Sea area is an element of the European integration, while the global integration of the Black Sea area needs to enhance the political dialogue for the supreme objective of building a common economic zone,” Marian Lupu said. The deputy chairman of the European Parliament, Marek Siwiek, confirms the interest for an efficient cooperation between the PABSEC and the Europarliament, specifying “these discussions have been conducted for some time and the cooperation with the PAVSEC is wanted at the highest level.” According to Moldovan President Vladimir Voronin, the relationships between Moldova and the European Union have developed ascendantly, significantly strengthening lately. “The EU's attention for the Black Sea area is strong, including by launching the initiative “The Black Sea Synergy,” he said The 32nd general session of the PABSEC is held in Chisinau from November 3 to 5. Now Moldova hold its chair. The reunion is attended parliamentarians from those 11 member states. The PABSEC turns 15 this year.
