The state benefit paid to refugees and beneficiaries of humanitarian protection in 2013 will represent 577 lei or 15% of the monthly average salary in the economy, IPN reports, quoting a Government decision.
Until 2013, the benefit was 10% of the monthly average salary in the economy.
The benefit is allocated to persons who do not have a source of livelihood for a period of at most six months. Fifteen persons with the status of refugee applied for such benefit in 2012.
