The recreational beaches in Chisinau are being prepared for the summer season. The head of the Green Areas Managing Association Eliferii Haruta has told IPN that the works will be completed by May 25.
“The changing and shower cubicles are being repaired, while the benches and playgrounds are being painted,” said Eliferii Haruta. The beaches in the parks of Chisinau and the recreational area in Vadul lui Voda will also be rehabilitated.
Last year the beaches were ready for visitors at the start of May.
