The Broadcasting Coordination Council (BCC) approved the regulations concerning the holding of the national Radio and TV Contest. The project is a long-term one. The initiative was launched in June and was then discussed at public debates and with broadcasters.
Contacted by IPN, BCC member Mariana Onceanu-Hadarca said the goal of the project is to promote the national products. At yearend, the Council will hold a contest and will award the best radio and TV materials.
Under the regulations, the contest is open to journalistic materials produced from September 1, 2013 until August 2014. The applications can be submitted in October and the jury will assess them in November. The award ceremony will take place in December.
