One month after banning the import of poultry and poultry products from Ukraine, the restrictions were lifted, IPN reports.
The Government on March 11 decided to abrogate the decision approved in the middle of last month in a bid to prevent an eventual introduction of bird flu into Moldova.
The bans were lifted following the measures taken by the Ukrainian side to eradicate bird flu. This way, fowl and poultry products could be imported from the neighboring country.
