Bag with cartridges lost in central Chisinau

The police are looking for a young man of about 25-27 who lost a bag with cartridges in central Chisinau, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to the head of the General Police Commissar’s press office Adrian Jovmir, a young woman informed the police that she saw how a bag fell from the rucksack of a young man. A number of cartridges dropped onto the ground. Scared, the man ran away without taking the bag. It happened at a trolleybus station near the central Post Office. The police fenced the area. The cartridges date from the Second World War. A part of them are covered with rust. Adrian Jovmir said they are inoffensive and have been unearthed recently as pieces of dry leaves, tree bark and earth have been also found in the bag.
