In Azerbaijan, where three persons have died of bird flu, the authorities found a dog, bearer of the bird flu virus.
United Nations for Food and Agriculture, confirmed this disease in Afghanistan, showing that after it had covered almost whole Europe, the bird flu expands in other regions of Asia, avoided until now. Victor Savin said that there have to be undertaken urgent measures to solve the problem of homeless dogs.
