Author of international bestseller Funky Business to visit Chisinau

A guru on the new world of business, Dr. Kjell Nordström, the co-author of the international bestseller “Funky Business Forever”, will visit Chisinau on the invitation of the Moldovan Association of Businessmen (AOAM). Written in partnership with Jonas Ridderstrale, “Funky Business” is the 16th best business/leadership book of all times and now one of its authors will come to Chisinau to share his 20-year experience in the business world gained with multinational companies like Nokia, Sony and Volvo. Nordström thinks that in order to “survive and thrive you need to arm yourself with the most lethal of weapons: knowledge. Talent makes the capital dance”. Kjell Nordström is considered to be the enfant terrible of the new world of business and “a rebel with a cause”. The 2009 Thinkers 50, the biennial ranking of management thinkers, ranked him at number 23 globally and put him on the top-five list in Europe. Dr. Nordström holds a doctoral degree in International Business from the Stockholm School of Economics. His research and consulting focus is on the areas of corporate strategy, multinational corporations and globalization. Kjell Nordström has published three books and numerous articles on the internationalization process of firms.
