Author of bestseller Funky Business will give two master classes in Chisinau

Kjell Nordström, the co-author of the bestseller "Funky Business", which ranks 16th among the best business/leadership books of all time, will give two master classes on Tuesday, November 16, in Chisinau. The master classes are intended for businessmen, students, reporters and bloggers. Those willing to participate are encouraged to apply at www.aoam.md, the website of the Moldovan Business Association (AOAM). Nordström will visit Chisinau on the invitation of AOAM and, in addition to the master classes, he will meet with the most important Moldovan business people at a meeting of the Pro-Sper Club, to be held on Monday, November 15. AOAM general director Andrian Candu said Kjell Nordström's visit is a next step in a broader project for 2010-2011 which aims to organize meetings with world renowned business experts, the first of them being French ex-Prime Minister Dominique Devillepin, who visited Chisinau one month ago. Candu said the goal of the project is to import successful practices and solutions that can be used by the Moldovan authorities and business people. Kjell A. Nordström is considered a guru of the new world of business. The 2005 Thinkers 50, the world’s first ranking of management thinkers, ranked Nordström and his partner Jonas Ridderstrale at number 9 in the world and number one in Europe. He is presently Associate Professor at the Institute of International Business (IIB) at the Stockholm School of Economics. His research and consulting focus is on the areas of corporate strategy, multinational corporations and globalization.
