The halfback of Hellas Verona and of the national football team of Moldova Artur Ionita suffered again an adductor rupture and has now slim chances of playing another match of Series A this season. Hellas has to play ten more matches, IPN reports.
So far Artur Ionita has played 18 matches and scored two goals. He also gave a goal pass and was awarded a penalty in the duel with AC Milan. The 24-year-old player’s contract with Hellas Verona is valid until 2017.
Artur Ionita was named the best Moldovan footballer in 2014. He made his debut as a professional player with Zimbru and then played for Iskra-Stal Rybnitsa and Aarau of Switzerland.
