The water supplier “Apa-Canal Chisinau” warns the consumers with debts about the risk of disconnection they face if they do not clear the debts. The opposite side of the water bill will contain the disconnection notice as of July, IPN reports, with reference to a press release of the company.
If the bill is not paid within ten calendar days of the indicated deadline, the operator will disconnect the persons with debts from the water supply. The reconnection will be possible only when the debts are settled and the reconnection tariff is paid.
“Apa-Canal Chisinau” reiterated that the non-payment of bills will not exempt the indebted persons from fulfilling their contractual obligations to the company and these should pay the debts on time if they do not want to face lawsuits, forced execution, ban on leaving the country and confiscation of property, which imply additional costs that are incurred by those with debts.
Over 10,000 consumers used the company’s responsible service to pay for services and to solve different problems in June.
