Apa-Canal Chisinau creates special commission to work with clients

The joint stock society Apa-Canal Chisinau has created a commission to examine violations related to record of water providing services and water consumption. It aims to improve the work with clients regarding transparency of decisions on clients who violated the record of water consumption. According to Serghei Dovjenko, chief of the directorate for relations with clients of Apa-Canal Chisinau, said that the commission includes specialists working in different fields – engineers, lawyers, economists, etc. The key objective of this commission is to clear up different situations challenged by various violations: deterioration of seals from meters, unauthorised connection to water providing and sewerage networks, client’s failure to take measures in against leakages from their networks, etc. Representatives of clients are invited at every sitting of the commission and they present own arguments regarding breaching of record of water consumption. A decision on implementation of one of provisions of the temporary regulation on providing of public water providing and sewerage services in the Chisinau municipality is made after a detailed analysis of every case and the decision is taken to the notice of client. The approach and participation of client in description of his actions concerning record of consumed volumes of water are the first success, Dovjenko added.
