The water supplier SA “Apă-Canal Chisinau” recommends and encourages the consumers to use online water and sewerage bill payment methods in the immediate period given the COVID-19 pandemic. It notes that the expired bills can also be paid through the Internet banking service provided by commercial banks, IPN reports, quoting a press release of the company.
The supplier noted that it took all the necessary measures to prevent the spread of the virus and to ensure the continuity of the service and the functionality of the water supply and sewerage system in the immediate period. Access to the operator’s head office is restricted, but the competent services continue to deal with customers’ requests. It is recommended contacting the company from a distance in case of any issue the customers want to report.
