Members of the People’s Movement “Antimafie” consider the November 28 visit by the Romanian President-elect to Chisinau is inopportune because Klaus Iohannis became involved in a mafia game when he accepted to have a meeting with members of a party that discredited itself.
“Regrettably, today, on the last day of the election campaign, the President elect of Romania Klaus Iohannis was involved in the last act of the mafia gamea. We do not yet regret the vote given to Klaus Iohannis because the Romanian citizens from Moldova voted against the crime and lie in Romania, against the mafia represented by Ponta in Romania,” the deputy head of “Antimafie” Daniela Bodrug said in a news conference at IPN.
She noted that Klaus Iohannis should have better sent a message from Bucharest to the Moldovan people, by which he would have called on them to vote for the pro-European parties. “This visit is inopportune and inappropriate given that a part of the pro-European parties discredited themselves. These are mafia parties that will do no good to Moldova,” stated Daniela Bodrug, adding that the Romanian President-elect became the victim of obscure agreements between the Liberal-Democratic leader Vlad Filat and the elected staff of Iohannis.
According to the deputy head of “Antimafie”, the Liberal Democratic Party played a duplicitous game in the election campaign in Romania. The party’s first deputy chairman Iurie Leanca supported Victor Ponta, while Vlad Filat made statements in favor of Iohannis. “It was a trick as this is how politics work in this country. Unfortunately, you appear before the Moldovan people, who put their trust in you, alongside a criminal from Chisinau,” she stated.
Daniela Bodrug also said that during the last five years, the current government did nothing but rob the people and Moldova needs a change that can be made by persons with integrity. She called on the people to vote for the People’s Movement “Antimafie” on November 30 as this will be the correct choice.
