Anti-Mafia Movement makes new disclosures about property of judges

The prosecution officers, prosecutors and judges have the most luxurious houses in Chisinau, the leader of the Anti-Mafia Movement Sergiu Mocanu said in a news conference held jointly at Info-Prim Neo with the Party for Nation and Country. Sergiu Mocanu said the president of the District Economic Court Aureliu Kolenko forms part of the mafia scheme of businessman Vlad Plahotniuc and has 10% of the value of any case that is remitted to the court and the officers of the Security and Information Service know this. Sergiu Mocanu presented a photograph of a yacht that belongs to Aureliu Kolenko, according to him. The leader of the Anti-Mafia Movement stated that the president also owns property located in Ukraine. Sergiu Nomashko, vice president of the District Economic Court, is accused of providing cases for Colenko and of gathering millions of lei. Sergiu Mocanu also mentioned Sergiu Furdui, vice president of the Criminal Panel of the Supreme Court of Justice. He said that Sergiu Furdui is one of the most profitable usurers in Chisinau, who owns a two-sty building situated at 21/3 M. Sadoveanu St. According to the Anti-Mafia Movement, the corrupt functionaries also include prosecutor Vlad Guzic, of the Chisinau Prosecutor's Office, who examined the case of S.A Carmez.
