The Ministry of Education issued a communiqué, whereby it expresses its regret at the fact that the answers to the math exam for the ninth grade appeared on the Internet today, June 5, IPN reports.

“The answers were published on the Internet after the envelope with tests was opened. This shows that the information was leaked in one of the places where the exam was taken,” it is said in the communiqué.

Also today, the National Exams Commission came together for a meeting to analyze the way the first Baccalaureate exam was held. The commission decided to eliminate one candidate from the examination session as he was caught using banned materials. This candidate is one of those 12 caught copying in the first exam, but for him to be eliminated the video recordings were to be examined first to see if he violated the regulations or not.

Under the methodology, all the candidates caught copying or using banned materials are unable to take the other exams of this year’s session.
