ANSA pulls Numil baby formula from shelves

The National Agency for Food Safety ANSA has ordered the urgent withdrawal from shelves of two lots of Numil newborn formula with prebiotics.

The decision comes as a result of the notification of the European food alert system for non-compliant products. The lots involved are L02.05.2022 and L28.04.2022, valid until October 12, 2023, exporter: P.W. Proszki Mleczne, Poland. The product is imported into the Republic of Moldova by I.I. Pșeneac.

Those who bought the product are advised against feeding the formula to babies. They are entitled to return them to the retail units from which they were purchased.
