ANRCETI sets tariffs on new types of numbering resources

The National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology set tariffs on the use of the new numbering resources that will be allotted to providers of electronic communications networks and services and reduced the tariffs on a number of existing numbering resources. The new tariffs will take effect on January 1, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communique from the Agency. The tariff on the use of a number from the “71x xxxxx” row(where x is equal to 0...9) for mobile virtual network access services is 0.2 lei a year. A number for the Freephone service of the “800 xxxxx” row and universal access services (“803 xxxxx”) costs 1 leu, while a number for information services about road transport, including taxi, air and railway transport and medical services (“814 xxxxx”) - 5 lei. The tariff on the use of a number for recreational services, games and competitions (“900 00000 - 900 89999”), televoting services (“900 90000 - 900 99999”) and general, business and marketing information services (“905 xxxxx”) is 3 lei, while for recreational services for adults (“906 xxxxx”) - 6 lei. The tariff on the short local number 14xx was decreased by 20%, while on the access codes 10xx and 118x(x) – by 60% and 20% respectively.
