Another suicide committed this night

An elderly woman, resident of Chisinau, committed suicide this night. That happened one day after another woman had committed suicide by hanging, Info-Prim Neo reports. Coordinating doctor of the Chisinau Emergency Service, Eufalia Negreata, told Info-Prim Neo that the woman, 79, hanged herself in her own bedroom at around 4.00 am. When she was found by her relatives, the woman was dead. A man, 50, was found dead in the park on Bucuriei Street. The man did not present signs of violent death. Another 56-year old man died suddenly. According to doctors, a man, 30, was hospitalized in critical heath condition, after the excavator that he was driving collided with a KAMAZ lorry. The impact occurred on the territory of “Vitanta” JSC. By 10.30 am, in a very crowded intersection, Titulescu street and Decebal Blvd, a man aged 52 was stuck by a hit-and-run driver. The man suffered mental shock, head trauma, and was hospitalized. A woman, 50, suffered head injuries after falling in a minibus as a result of a sudden brake. On Wednesday, the Chisinau Emergency Service has received 660 calls, including 40 cases of severe virosis, 61 cases of trauma, 2 heart attacks and 10 brain ictuses.
