A number of 142 cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Moldova on July 5 after doing 835 tests. They are all local transmission cases. Of those confirmed with the infection today, 14 are healthcare workers, IPN reports, quoting the Ministry of Health.
Five persons with COVID-19 lost the battle with the disease today – three men and two women aged between 47 and 72. The death toll from COVID-19 now stands at 585.
Moldova has got over 17,800 cases of COVID-19 so far. More than 10,700 infected people have been cured by now.
