Angela Merkel expected in Chisinau Aug. 22

German Chancellor Angela Merkel will come to Chisinau on August 22, announced Prime Minister Vlad Filat during the Government’s meeting today, Info-Prim Neo reports. The Prime Minister instructed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration to cooperate with other relevant institutions and prepare the visit of the German Chancellor to Moldova, which he described as “very important for Moldova’s European path”.
