The chairman of the Party “Platform Dignity and Truth” Andrei Nastase launched a call to the political class of Romania, by which he warns it not to yield to the manipulation of the Plahotniuc regime, which, waving the European flags, subjects the own people to social genocide, IPN reports, quoting a statement of the PPDA.
In his call, Nastase notes that the government of Moldova is a product of the abuses, blackmail and manipulations of an individual who controls justice and the coercive institutions of the state. “During six years, under the European flags and with deceiving promises of integration, exploiting geopolitical myths and the Western theme, Plahotniuc made us bankrupt and profaned the idea of rule of law, democracy, civilization,” the politician says in his statement.
According to Nastase, continuing with the same scarecrows, Vlad Plahotniuc ‘sells’ one more myth, that of the union. “By using the scarecrow of the union with Romania, he consolidates the voters of the Socialist candidate for President Igor Dodon, whom the oligarch controls, increasing the chances of success of this. At the same time, Plahotniuc creates for Bucharest the illusion that he works for Romania, financing unionist associations and promoting the union theme in the media outlets he controls. As he discredited the European theme in the Republic of Moldova, Plahotniuc will irremediably discredit this issue too, killing the dream of romantic young people, as their parents did earlier,” reads the statement.
