AMN stages anti-Communist protest in front of Parliament

Hundreds of members and supporters of Moldova Noastra Alliance (AMN) from Chisinau and districts protest in front of the Parliament against the ruling party of Communists' policy, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to AMN leader Serafim Urecheanu, the protest is occasioned by the Government's activity report, the premier Zinaida Greceanai is presenting now (December 12, 10.15) on the Parliament's floor, and by the refusal of the Broadcasting Coordinating Council (BCC) to prolong the license of PRO TV. AMN leaders speak about the problems of farmers, retirees, budget earners and journalists during 8 of Communist rule. The protesters carry yellow and tricolor flags and placards with slogans reading: “Stop forced exile of peasants”, “Communists are as bird flu”, “Communism is a swamp dragging us back”, “Down with the corruption!”, “The pension is a merit, not a mercy!”
