A man, 21, suffered serious injuries after falling 3 meters from scaffolds at a construction site on Dimo Street on Friday. He was admitted to the Emergency Hospital for treatment of head traumas, brain concussion and other injuries. A 34-year-old man was admitted to the Burns Center with second degree burns covering 15 percent of his body after a gas range exploded in his home on Zelinski Street. The explosion was blamed on a gas leak. On Friday and the following night, the Chisinau Emergency Service responded to 644 calls, including 71 cases of trauma, 38 acute viral infections, 15 cases of acute diarrheic diseases, 3 strokes, 6 deaths and 25 births.
