The Ambassador of China in Chisinau Yan Wenbin said he is convinced that under the joint administration of the Belt and Road Initiative of the leaders of China and the Republic of Moldova, the pragmatic bilateral cooperation will continue developing so that the two states and nations continue to benefit from it. Such a message was posted by the new ambassador on the Facebook page of the Embassy of China, being quoted by IPN.
The diplomat said that the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the Republic of Moldova will be celebrated in January 2022 and he is honored to be the ambassador to Moldova in these moments of special importance. “I’m eager to see the Chinese-Moldovan relations achieve a new level,” wrote the diplomat.
Yan Wenbin has arrived in Chisinau to take up his duties. He was preceded by Zhang Yinghong, who started his job of ambassador of the People’s Republic of Chinua to the Republic of Moldova in 2015 and completed his duties in September 2021.
