The National House of Social Insurance (CNAS) said the pensions, allowances, allocations, financial support, lump-sumps, compensations and other benefits this month have been calculated and paid on time and fully. In a press release, the CNAS says there are no arrears at present, IPN reports.
Also, specialists of the CNAS did on time all the necessary calculations following the 10% rise in pensions for about 453,000 beneficiaries, whose size was lower than the minimum subsistence level for pensioners for the first half of 2018, which was 1,589 lei.
The common financial support of 600 lei for about 60,000 recipients of social benefits was transferred on January 9 this year.
According to the CNAS, all the asocial benefits were paid in January, including the social assistance and cold-month allowances that can be requested by beneficiaries during six consecutive months.
A sum of 1 746 989.2 lei was transferred for all types of social benefits, such as pensions, allowances, allocations, financial support and, compensations.
