Road workers said no national and local roads or portions are now impassable. Teams of the State Road Administration worked all night to clean snow and ice from streets, IPN reports.
The Ministry of Transport and Road Infrastructure said the snow clearing works at night involved 118 special vehicles and about 300 road workers. There were spread over 730 tonnes of antiskid material.
For January 11, forecasters issued a new yellow code advisory for heavy snowfalls. According to the State Hydrometeorological Service, the layer of snow will measure 5 to 10 cm. Snow piles will form in parts.
