All the four persons who applied to contend for the position of chief prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime and Special Cases (PCCOCS) passed the eligibility verification stage. The interview stage was set for October 9, IPN reports.
The special commission for the pre-selection of candidates for the position of chief prosecutor of the PCCOCS admitted Victor Furtuna, Alexandru Machidon, Andrei Matsko and Ion Neguriță. to the interview stage.
Each candidate will have one hour to present the concept of institutional management and development and answer questions. During the interview, the commission will also assess candidates’ professional skills in countering organized crime and special cases.
Candidates’ interviews will be posted on the Internet immediately after the last interview.
The special commission called again on the interested persons, representatives of civil society and the mass media, who have relevant information on the candidates nominated for the position of chief prosecutor of PCCOCS, to send it by October 8, 05:00 p.m., to the email address aparat@csp.md.
