All 155 schools of Chisinau celebrated the „Last School Day”

On May 31 in all those 155 schools of Chisinau were held the Last Day of school celebrations. High officials of the central and local public bodies participated at the festivities. The President Vladimir Voronin congratulated the students and teachers of the boarding school nr.3, the deputy prime-minisiter Zinaida Grecianii of the “Natalia Dadiani” lyceum, the interim mayor of Chisinau, Vasile Ursu – the auxiliary school nr.7. The graduates of the gymnasium, high-school cycle and of the general schools had the last day of school on May 25. Until the begging of the graduation examinations on June 2, the graduates are preparing for the exams. Until May 30, in all the schools and lyceums of Chisinau pedagogic councils took place where was established the list of the students who are accepted to the final examinations. In the Chisinau municipality are working 61 lyceums and 41 general schools.
