Alexandru Suvorov is no longer a player of the current football champion Milsami. The 29-year-old halfback signed with Academia for which he also played in 2013, IPN reports.
Suvorov, who in 2011 was named the best Moldovan footballer, goes through a bad patch. While at Milsami, he was in reserve and scored only one goal during the season when the team became champion for the first time. He became famous at the national football team of Moldova, for which he scored six superb goals. He also played well for Krakow, in the championship of Poland.
Earlier this week, Academia also signed goalkeeper Radu Dumitru, fullback Iulian Erhan and halfback Alexandru Vremea. On March 5, the team trained by Vlad Goian plays away against Zimbru, within the first stage of the new National Division season.
