The National Liberal Party’s candidate for mayor of Chisinau Alexandra Can voted for professionalism and moral integrity and for a city with a different appearance and with happy citizens. “My success will be the success of the people. I will remain only with my work that I do with abnegation and devotion to show that we can,” Alexandra Can stated for IPN. According to her, the city should grow at economic level and this is the most important thing. Projects that have never been implemented before should be developed here now.
She noted given that all the candidates say they intend to improve the living conditions in Chisinau municipality, they should combine forces and promote what’s best from each program. “In a democracy, it is the citizens who choose. If the citizens allow to be manipulated by persons without human qualities, by non-professionals, they will suffer in the future. By their vote today, they show they are responsible,”stated Alexandra Can.
“No matter what choice each citizen makes, I ask everyone to go and vote and I thank them for listening to me and for allowing me to speak to them. This could be a lesson for the future.”
Eleven candidates are running for the mayoralty of Chisinau. For the elections to be valid, the voter turnout should be of at least one fourth of the voters, which is 157 919 people.
