Air Moldova has announced it’s cancelling all its scheduled flights from April 21 to April 25 citing financial strain.
“We are forced to cancel our flights during April 21-25, 2023 due to a lack of financial resources needed for the company’s operations. Unfortunately, we note that all the effort and actions taken by the Air Moldova’s team to manage the situation in which the company has found itself at the moment have not yielded results”, the airline said in a press release.
“The Air Moldova team apologizes for not being able to honor its obligations during this critical period. The created situation is unprecedented in the field of civil aviation”, the airline stated.
All passengers will receive a refund for canceled tickets at the point of purchase. For tickets bought online, passengers are asked to send the request to helpdesk@airmoldova.md. For assistance and information, passengers can call the 24/7 helpline on 022830830.
