The Government of Moldova Friday had a working meeting to prepare for the joint meeting with the Government of Romanian that will take place in Iasi on March 3, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a communiqué from the Government, the joint meeting will be preceded by a tête-à-tête meeting of Prime Minister Vlad Filat and his Romanian counterpart Mihai-Razvan Ungureanu. The meeting of the official delegations will be held at the Iasi-based University “Alexandru Ioan Cuza”. The Government of Moldova will be represented by 22 delegates. The meeting that will start at 11.15 will be followed by a ceremony to sign bilateral documents. There will be signed eight documents, including the Action Plan on the Strategic Partnership between Romania and Moldova for Moldova’s European Integration, the agreement on cooperation and mutual assistance in cases of disaster, and documents concerning the cooperation between the two states in social protection, regional development, youth and sport. The two Premiers will give a joint news conference at 13.35. Such a joint meeting is a premiere for Moldova.
