Poet and politician Adrian Paunescu has departed this life at 7:15 this morning, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting www.adevarul.ro
Adrian Paunescu had suffered from cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency as he had diabetes for a long period of time. He was admitted to Floreasca Hospital last week and was receiving treatment.
“At 7.15 on November 5, the master's heart stopped beating. All attempts to resuscitate him failed. The master passed away,” said doctor Serban Bradisteanu.
His first seat of senator, Adrian Paunesc obtained while on the list of the Socialist Labor Party between 1992 and 1996. In 2000-2004, he had served as a senator representing the Social Democracy Party of Romania. In 2004-2008, he held the last seat in Parliament.
