Repromed clinic, which was one of the most important private institutions in the Republic of Moldova, is today in a disastrous situation. Its net profit decreased from 46,211,700 lei in 2021 to 3,336,994 lei in 2023. The former associates of the clinic say the current administration intends to bring the company to bankruptcy.

Cristina Moshin, daughter of doctor and university professor Vyacheslav Moshn, a former associate of SRL Repromed, said that the company is used as a bait to use up its income, being taken over by the phantom companies led by the Hotineanu clan. “These phantom companies – SRL AIDMED, SRL Reconstruct Civil and SRL Z-Medizine – have the same aspects in common with SRL Repromed, the same associate, Hotineanu Alina, the same administrator, Lidia Lysyi, Alina Hotineanu’s mother, the same accountant, Svetlana Pavlov, the same head office and the same type of activity. As the data show, they were created with only one purpose: to bankrupt SRL Repromed,” Cristina Moshin stated in a  news conference hosted by IPN.

Cristina Moshin noted that, without the agreement of the partners, the administrator of SRL Repromed Lidia Lysyi, conceded the brand Repromed and the limited liability company is no longer the owner of Repromed brand, which was transferred free of charge to SRL AIDMED.

AIDMED installed cash registers at the reception of Repromed hospital, collecting large sums of money and using the image and resources of SRL Repromed A series of people, who benefitted from the services of Repromed hospital, had the money collected by AIDMED, which no one heard of. Therefore, the consumers were misled using the website, Repromed’s accounts on social networking sites as they considered that the services inside Repromed were provided by SRL Repromed. In fact, the payments are made to a phantom company, AIDMED, stated Cristina Moshin.

She also said that AIDMED, using the same space, the same personnel and equipment as SRL Repromed, in the absence of a marketing activity, recorded the result of 15.8 million lei in 2021 and 73.6 million lei in 2022, with minimal expenses. Throughout this period, Repromed’s access to information and decision-making processes was limited.

Doctor Vyacheslav Moshi said that due to his efforts and the team led by him, Repromed achieved remarkable results, being one of the most famous private companies in the Republic of Moldova. “When the company brought a profit of 50 million, everything was fine, but when, at the end of 2020, I fell ill with a severe form with COVID and, after I was discharged, I was diagnosed with skin cancer, the ordeal began. Because my health worsened and I was dissatisfied with the way the company was managed, I decided to end my professional activity and I offered the Hotineanu family to buy 50% of the company’s share capital, which belonged to me. But they turned down my offer. He decided to donate his part of the share capital to his children, Cristina and Vyacheslav Moshin, and to a person close to the family. From that moment on, the Hotineanu clan declared a real war on him: they started two criminal cases, which were later dropped, and filed three lawsuits; intimidation actions were taken.

Vyacheslav Moshin called on the country’s leadership to take a stand against this case that endangers the investment climate in the Republic of Moldova, damaging the image of not only the private medical field.
