Additional routes will be provided to St. Lazarus Cemetery on Low Sunday

[Repeated from 08.04.10] Extra routes to the largest cemetery in Chisinau – Saint Lazarus Cemetery located on Doina St - will be available on Low Sunday that is marked on April 11 and 12, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communique from the Chisinau City Hall. The additional bus route “C” will go from Vasile Alecsandri St up to Doina St (Saint Lazarus Cemetery). The buses on this route will move along the streets Vasile Alecsandri, Alexandru cel Bun, Ierusalim, Grigore Vieru, Renasterii Nationale, Postei, Putnei, Vasile Badiu, and Doina. When back, they will travel along the streets Doina, Vasile Badiu, Calea Orheiului, Renasterii Nationale, Albisoara, and Vasile Alecsandri. Ten buses will run on this route. The 30 buses on the additional route “D” will go along Renasterii Nationale Blvd. (the Circus), the streets Calea Orheiului, Ceucari, Socoleni, and Doina, and back along the same route. The 10 buses on route No. 27 will set off from Renasterii Nationale Blvd. and move along the streets Tudor Vladimirescu, Kiev, Moscova, Studentilor, Socoleni, and Doina and back along the same route. The trolleybuses running on routes No.24, 25 and 26 will work throughout the day. The number of units on routes will depend on the number of passengers. The minibuses No. 126, 127, 132, 134, 162, 180, 184 and 189 will travel up to Saint Lazarus Cemetery. The section between Socoleni street and the main entrance to Saint Lazarus Cemetery will be closed for private units of transport.
