The “Nicolae Testemițanu” State University of Medicine and Pharmacy during August 12-18 is holding an additional admission session for the 2021-2022 academic year, for the unfilled contract places, with tuition. Currently, 12 places are available at the faculty of pharmacy, 15 places at the faculty of optometry, six places at the public health faculty, five places at the faculty of general medical assistance and another five places at the faculty of radiological technology. The results of the additional admission session will be made public on August 20, IPN reports, with reference to a press release of the university.
The final stage of the contest, both for budget-funded places and for contract places, involved only candidates who filed the documents in the original by August 10. A number of 872 persons were admitted, namely: 595 to medicine, 116 to stomatology, 78 to pharmacy, 24 to public health, 13 to optometry, 29 to general medical assistance, while 17 to radiological technology.
The candidates admitted on a contract basis will be enrolled only after they sign the contract and pay tuition in full amount at the technical center of the admission commission (office 113) during August 13-21, 2021.
The candidates who didn’t pass the final contest and whose documents in the original are at the admission commission can register for the additional session by submitting an application for participation online. The application must be completed, scanned and transmitted to admitere2020@usmf.md
The admission commission works in the Central Block (165 Ştefan cel Mare şi Sfânt Blvd) from Monday through Saturday, between 9am and 5pm. The documents are presented in the original.
According to Vladislav Badan, secretary in change of the admission commission at “N. Testemițanu” University, tuition fees at their university vary from 19,000 to 33,000 lei.
